 Receive telephone calls and handle customer issues or direct messages to appropriate personnel. Establish good relationships with a convincing power and excellent customer service.
 Selling all products and services to ensure branch gets its targets.
 Maintain reservations and coordinate with the operations on specifications of vehicle and check for the availability of cars.
 Respond to all guest needs and request in a timely and professional manner.
 Check customer rental parameters for pick-up and drop-off to ensuring understanding of rates and service charges.
 Maintain safety and cleanliness of hotel transport car in terms of service and check car washer for standard cleaning.
 Educate all drivers to maintain proper uniform and grooming and maintain log book for all driver’s movements.
 Responsible for Checking the vehicle every day, (brakes, light, oil, water, battery, air, gas) SOP. Complete VDR check for fleet for any damage and due for vehicle service. And update the system for vehicle traffic fines prepare invoices and check for petty cash.
 Responsible for making driver daily schedule for any pickup guest and clients and drive them to events and destinations.
 Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on expected date of return and process rental extensions.
 Complete rental agreement for customers disclose rates and terms of rentals and get signatures through effective sales techniques to utilize service options. And ensure accuracy of return date and time on rental agreement.
 Know when or where to obtain guest assistance especially for disabled or elderly or baby.
 Encode all necessary documents like transfer sheets agreement.
 Adheres to all safety procedures and informs management of any unsafe conditions.
 Open and close Rental agreement. Check with accounts and collect payments and arrange deposit. Maintaining and complete daily business reports (BDR) organize daily banking and attached banking slip to (DBR). Follow all specified procedures to correctly handle all cash and card.
