Engineer- Facility Management
- Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP and civil items to insure the smooth operation of 29 malls and main office building on day to day basis.
- Responsible for the daily schedule of maintenance team.
- Handling 5 maintenance team, 1 in Hail, 1 in Qassim, 1 in Jeddah and 2 team in Riyadh. (Civil and MEP tech)
- Prepare case study to reduce the operation cost.
- Preparing scope of works BOQ and method of statement for the major corrective maintenance work and arrange contractor for execution

- Prepare monthly report and quarter report for top management.
Project Handing over
- Responsible for testing and commissioning for new completed projects and prepare T&C and snag list report.
New Prejects
- Involved in review of ongoing project design concept such as, waste managment design, public health provisions, MEP ect.. And provide technical input.
Site inspection
- Troubleshoot, resolve and provide technical inspection report for project site visit based on the current status to recommend and generate solution for implementation. (Civil and MEP issues)
Project Renovation
- Responsible on preparing BOQ and method of statement for project renovations and responsible to arrange for bidding process until project renovation execution and completion

Previously Working as Design and Fitout (Civil and MEP) 2016 to 2018
Responsible for the review of tenant design, based on Company Tenant Design Criteria and Standard
Involved on creating Tenant Design Criteria (TDC) based on project needs and involved on preparing Logestic plan.
Responsible on site inspection for ongoing fitout to ensure that the tenant is following the TDC standard (Civil and MEP)
Responsible to ensure that the Fire alarm and fire fighting system are not affected o damage during tenant fitout.
Provide weekly fitout progress report for top management.
Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawing, technical specification, ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality if materials and workmanship.
Checking recording and testing of completed works before closing are by the contractor.
Ensuring the health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with.
Study and verify extent of works done and provide a report to the owner’s engineer.
Informing owner’s engineer of any problem may arise with the contractor.
Review, comment and make recommendations on the construction methodology, working drawing, equipment submittals, and other construction related work.
Advice the owner’s engineer about problems, issues and discrepancies that may be reason for technical or contractual problems (such as poor construction quality, delayed completion, inconvenience with other, etc.) and take necessary actions/recommendation to rectify such discrepancies.
Inspect regularly, including sample testing where required, materials and workmanship to ensure that the works are being carried out in compliance with the terms and condition of the relevant contract documents.
Implement and maintain with the contractor a system for inspection and approval of work before it is covered - foundations, reinforcing, formwork at each stage before concrete is poured.
Implement and maintain with the contractor a system for ensuring the quality of concrete and concrete works, including preparation and testing of concrete test cubes.
Supervise and witness water tightness and pressure testing of water-retaining structure, pipe works.

Assisting the owner’s engineer in the process of approval of any items of the contractor’s design, materials approval, including to attend and report on any trials or witness tests assigned by the owner’s engineer, check lists for equipment imported by the contractor project use and inspect/check on site deliveries.
