• Complies with safety, health, environment and security policy through implementation of Responsible Care requirements and environmental regulations Exercises responsibility for safety of plant and personnel on assigned area.
• Lecture and instruct field activities and do the training for the new operators. Troubleshoots plant operations as required. • Operation of High-Pressure Boilers & Boiler Utilities Operation of capacity 280 tons/hour & pressure 47 bars, Temperature 405 degree Celsius.
• Cooling Water Plant: cross flow induced draft cooling towers of capacity 24, 400 M3/Hr, centrifugal double volute turbine type pumps of capacity 4, 500 M3/hr.
• Operates Hypochlorite System
• Chiller Packages System: Supplying Chilled water in the plant at two different temperature levels for -5 degrees Celsius and +15 degrees Celsius. Chilled water is circulated through the refrigeration unit.
• Operates Incinerator for liquid waste burning coming from Sipchem other affiliates, monitor the CEMS based on the Royal Commission requirements.
• Demineralizer Unit: Consist of two trains, each capacity is 162 cubic meters per hour.
• Control, operates and preform some trouble shooting for all rotating equipment like Steam turbine pumps, Centrifugal air compressor, motor driven pumps both centrifugal and positive displacements and Air blowers.

Full compliance with unit operating procedures, following LOCK out and TAG out work procedures as per company safety policies, housekeeping, Plant surveillance and Monitoring, Correcting unsafe Conditions & reporting it.
• Operation of Thermal oil heaters Deltatherm ( Thermax fluid Operation of capacity pressure 3-4 bars, Temperature 300 degree Celsius). Process used in heating recovered oil water wasted and later to be introduced to Decanter and centrifuged.
• Operation of MDAS (Micro Diffuse Air Separator) process of removing suspended solids, oils and other contaminants via the use of air bubble flotation. Air is dissolved into water, mixed with the wastes stream and released from solution while in intimate contact with the contaminants. Air bubbles form, attach to the solids, increase their buoyancy and float the solids to the water's surface.
• Operation of Decanter and Centrifuged. Decanter process of separation oil, water and sludge by means of centrifugal force. Recovered oil further refine and separated the sludge by disk centrifuged.
• Operation of PETROX systems compact hydrocarbon sludge and wastewater treatment systems are technologically advanced plants that provide maximum degradation of oils and hydrocarbons to carbon-dioxide and water, with minimal sludge production in the process. The effluents from PETROX systems meet compliance with European Union, EPA, and local environmental discharge standards, as well as recycle process water standards. Process of PETROX is to Elimination of toxic VOC’s and Hydrogen Sulphide. Maximum decomposition of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5) exerting contaminants, TPH, TOC and Suspended Solids (SS) and Potential for upgrading of treated water to recycle standards

• Operation of High Pressure Boilers & Boiler Utilities Operation of pressure 17Mpa, Temperature 538 degree Celsius. Performs required tests on boiler water, circulating water, closed cooling water, demineralizer water. Makes adjustments and adds required chemicals to maintain water systems within guidelines. Maintains log of water treatment systems.
• Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints; report. Open and close valves and switches in sequence upon signals from other workers, in order to start or shut down auxiliary units; reports any needs for major repairs.
• Monitor power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems. Take regulatory action, based on readings from charts, meters and gauges, at established intervals. • Operates Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant
Monitors the performance of all equipment, gauges and charts in the treatment plant and pump stations.
Records statistical data concerning operations. Monitor water quality such as PH, water turbidity, ammonia content, water TOC etc.
Operates, maintains, and repairs malfunctions at the wastewater treatment plant; repairs gauges, pumps, filters and other controls and equipment
Maintains, modifies or repairs instrumentation and control equipment including recorders, flowmeter and other water quality monitoring equipment.
Cleans wet wells and operates pumps and valves to control and adjust flow and treatment process.

• Ensure the availability of plant equipments by implementing immediate corrective maintenance (planned/unplanned) in order to restore the process to its intended operating condition and maximize its operating cycle time in the least downtime.
• Responsible for the operation of the demineralizer and associated equipment. Knowlegable in Demin Water System Regeneration Process and monitor steps by step the procedure.
• Performs required tests on boiler water, circulating water, closed cooling water, demineralizer water. Makes adjustments and adds required chemicals to maintain water systems within guidelines. Maintains log of water treatment systems.
• Operates DIESEL Power plant .Controls and maintains diesel-electric generating units to produce electric power for distribution or to supply electric power for plant equipment: Starts diesel engines and synchronizes generators with other power sources.Inspects equipment to detect malfunctions.Performs minor repairs and adjustments on equipment, using handtools.Records instrument readings in log. Issues switching orders to open, close, and tag electric circuits.
• Operation Boilers & Boiler Utilities Operation of capacity pressure 8 bars, Temperature 250 degree Celsius. Which is being used for reactor heating process and in drying system for the production of PVC Resins.
• Operation of Instrument Air System, monitoring screw type air cooled and water cooled compressor. Handling nitrogen system for instrument air backup during plant emergency. Having also six unit of air cooled compressor used for cooling water system which provided the cooling water in the equipment such as dyring system plate heatexcharger, shell and tube heatexcharger, pump and agitator mehanical seal cooling/ sealing system.
• Maintains work area in an organized fashion, Ensures area is cleaned after each job is completed. Participates in continuous improvement projects to improve the equipment’s reliability and maintainability. Follows all safety regulations and practices including but not limited to lockout/tag out and required personal protective equipment.
