My relatively short tenure with ADNP allowed me to focus my skills and add value by shedding new light on existing problems.
Learned and became very proficient using Yardi operating system.
I managed to streamline the service charge payment by adjusting the total property management percentage for each landlord to be able to cover these costs on time. This avoided delays from the developers, and maintained a good rapport with new tenants.
Meeting with all the developers on a regular basis gave me the knowledge and insight to understand each of their processes, which vary substantially, and allowed me to speed up our process to accommodate differences.
Liaising closely with our relationship, leasing and facilities management team to solve any and all problems that occur in a timely manner.

Managing all of ADNP's freeholds portfolio allowed me to closely observe and monitor all aspects regarding facilities management and making sure the landlord and tenant are satisfied from introduction to handover, including future service.
As a senior executive property consultant and business development skills my administration skills were utilized as Facilities Manager. They involved:-
• Ensuring quality of service and quick response system to tenant’s emergencies or maintenance issues as they arise.
• Responsible for coordinating and delegating teams of contractors, maintenance and support staff in ensuring all facilities requests were dealt within 48 hours and follow up emails were sent to tenants informing them of their status.
• Managing, scheduling and coordinating assigned real estate agents to different commercial and residential properties as per their core strengths and business strategies.
• Inclusion in the budgetary responsibility for all areas ensuring that all relevant costs are allocated and accurately provided to client representatives for their individual relevant budgets.
• Planning with the strategic committee on best allocation and utilization of space & resources for new buildings, collating information from material vendors and other business contractors
• Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily. Ensuring security has been contracted
• Ensuring good communication with realtors, commercial contacts and marketing to generate new clients and continuously promoting the brand name.

• Business Development - Generated crucial new projects through liaising with business
Contacts with a customer driven focus to reach company defined strategic goals. This included networking, generating new business referral systems and key marketing initiatives to create a brand identity for Kinnarps.
• Market Analysis and Trend Reporting - Performed a comprehensive SWOT analysis to provide competitive market analysis and

Headed the IT systems for Student Services and achieved the following in the role :-
• Started the IT Student Services IT log system which reduced the number of follow up communication on each issue and was automatically designated to employees within the system.
• Introduced a Total Quality Management cycle through IT team by creating strict deadlines for customer service which ensured all students who logged an IT issue received a follow up email and a solution within a 48 - 72 hours’ time cycle to ensure efficiency.
• Automated the IT log systems and library booking systems to reduce paper wastage and improving the system to reduce time and ensure real time bookings were possible for students
• Received an IT award for database management and automation efficiency in student services by ensuring the online integration with other student related academic services, to make it user friendly.
• Through liaising with corporates we created IT information sessions and offered students online training programs, assistance in IT learning as well as helping those interested in building their own bespoke computers.
With Green Spot Motors I sold scooters and motorbikes ranging from 50cc Vespas and Piaggios up to 700cc, including accessories and arranging CBT motorbike training courses.

Supervisor for security at football, rugby and cricket matches, working at grounds around London mainly Millwall and Queens Park Rangers. I also headed security for the Ozzy Osbourne concert in Donington Park in 2002, which entailed supervising and organising the duties of security staff.
