throughput and lower scrap rates.
• Planned & oversaw daily activities, production processes and schedules of all production areas.
• Managed daily workflow and quality control to detect then correct problems.
• Installation and dismantling of new and used Printing, Paper folding, guillotines and bookbinding machinery.
