 Calculate and provide staff with annual fringe benefit allowance; review enrollment forms for accuracy and coordinate enrollment with third-party administrator.
 Ensure compliance with labor law guidelines by preparing letters, certificates, etc.
 Coordinate health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
 Controls the issuance of the monthly payroll as well as other calculations and ensures a proper liaising with the Accounting department (Taxation & NSSF requirements).
 Ensure the proper implementation of the HR policies and procedures in all departments or sections involved in any personnel administration activities.
 Maintain listing of approved Foundation positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
 Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing first interviews and reference checks.
 Conducts, along with Group HR Director, the employee orientation (e.g. introducing personnel, payroll, employment benefits, policies, assisting with enrollment forms, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes as well as completion of forms.
 Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed (e.g. processing of personnel actions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, termination) for the purpose of being timely, accurate, legal and meeting organizational objectives.
 Plans for a proactive recruitment strategy to enrich the candidates’ database with core needed skills across the Group.
 Provide training for new and current employees on communication systems, including telephone and emails.
 Oversee special events for staff by coordinating committees and schedules, and staying within budget.
 Oversee the core operations, organizational development, and training related to the HR Department across the Group, which includes all current and future operating stations.
