• Corporate finance, banking and investment.
 Monitoring of Bank Facilities, IRS, Hedging Strategy
 Provide information to banks’ queries regarding relationship
 Financial Statement reviews for investment prospective and proposals
 Project Cash flow preparation, Project Financing
• Consolidation of annual budget of all subsidiaries and the holding
• Review & Preparation of group cash flows and consolidation of explanations for budget variations
• Preparation of facilities report and monitoring on an ongoing basis
• Monthly financial statement analytical review to ensure compliance with bank covenants & company targets
