1) Responsible to be a Consultant for critical technologies in Unified Communication & Telepresence Video and ensure to cater to Support, Migration, Design and Implementation for clients.

2) Trusted Advisor and be a part of the Project/Pre-Sales Design on a need basis.

3) Impart training to the team on UC and Video Technologies.

4) Designing and Implementing the Cisco Voice and Data network in Corporate Environment.

5) Meeting the customer requirement in the design and adhering to the timeline of project.

6) Verify and approve the solutions technically, taking into consideration functionality, integration, licensing, and performance concerns and cost

7) Interacting on day to day basis with the clients to understand their network scenarios. Also simulating the problem scenarios in our labs to understand and troubleshoot, thus providing the solution

8) Resolution for escalated issues, providing root cause for the issues in voice and TP network, handling critical and major incidents etc.
