• Program Coordination: Act as Acting Economic Security Program Coordinator, contributing to CVA program design, proposal drafting, and external coordination on national, regional, and international levels.
• Project Engagement: Participate in various cash, in-kind, and livelihoods projects with Red Cross and Red Crescent partners across Lebanon, highlighting the diversity of our initiatives.
• Team Support: Maintain regular communication with LRC centers and teams, offering guidance and support across a range of topics to ensure effective program coordination.
• Professional Training for Staff and Volunteers: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs for volunteers, enhancing their effectiveness.
• Field Oversight: Conduct regular field visits to sector centers, closely monitoring progress and addressing emerging challenges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with national and international societies, including the British Red Cross, ICRC, and Netherlands Red Cross, to advance collective humanitarian goals.
• Cash and Livelihood Programs: Oversee cash programs for vulnerable populations and plan, implement, monitor, and report on livelihood projects, aiming to empower individuals based on specific criteria.
