Determining staffing needs, writing job descriptions and implementing recruiting strategies. Handling the recruitment cycle from posting the job vacancy till hiring the candidate. Agreement and NSSF/MOF documents preparation.
• Ensure the skills development of the employees by allocating them on different projects in different regions and practices.
• Allocate teams on the projects depending on their skillset, preferences and need. -Ensuring the maintenance and timely communication of weekly staffing reports
• supporting in automating the reporting process
• Meetings with staff to understand their profiles and preferences and gathering intelligence to enable better decision making
• Acting as a key liaison to other functional areas of the business and build productive cross-functional relationships especially with Business Operations, finance, HR colleagues
• Update HR policies to support the organizations goals in compliance with Lebanese/Syrian labor law; Ensures implementation of HR processes as per Dorcas/Tabitha manual, regulations, and policies. Post open vacancies in Lebanon and Syria on Daleel Madani and on social media
• Handle full-cycle recruitment, from the preparation of the vacancy till the onboarding and orientation plan and implementation; plan proper documentation related to the recruitment;
• Handle offboarding, including drafting termination letters, exit interviews, and updating employee files
Generating analysis and report
Assisting in the project management department
Meeting with client and make sure the team tasks are completed correctly and in an efficient way
Facilitate and ensure all actions related to HR activities -recruitment, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates and interviews- that are done in a timely manner ensuring consistency in the application of IC rules and procedures for the faculty and staff.
Assisting the Project Management department in assigning tasks to employees, following up their work depending on their capacities and time while focusing on delivering the project in an efficient way.
