▫ Placing purchase orders with suppliers
▫ Check availability / readiness and shipping date/ confirmation.
▫ Placing order on system.

▫ Follow up on Pro-forma invoice to settle payments.

▫ Confirm customs declaration and advice on delivery order readiness.
▫ Follow up closely on clearance process.
▫ Share reception location with clearance agent.
▫ Share packing details with warehouse.

▫ End user deliveries follow up
▫ Daily shipment report update.
▫ Confirm final documentation and share with accounting department.

▫ Knowledge of medical clearance in Lebanon ( MOH, IRI and LAEC files and follow up for finalizing import permits, approvals and new product registrations..)
▫ Provide LAEC with updated on each x-ray delivery and yearly update of all deliveries.
▫ Consumption studies and follow up.
▫ Maintenance spare parts stock replenishing studies.
▫ Follow up on pending and undelivered deals.
▫ Purchase local goods for on-going deliveries.
▫ Follow upon on finalizing deliveries for end users.
▫ Costing and markup on shipments
▫ Knowledge in Iraq Clearance process.
