Thoroughly analyzing & investigating all types of issues facing by the users in worldwide CMA CGM Agencies as part of their Shipping activities & corresponding with them via emails & over the phone based on the time zone.(We have a User base of around 14000 globally)
•Providing accurate & timely solutions to their issues enabling them to continue with the documentation/operational activities without any interruption
•Ensuring to fix problems in par with the defined Service Level Agreements
•Building strong relationships with users & Management to maintain a smooth service level
•Successfully maintaining a knowledge base related to Shipping, logistics.. (Quotations, Booking, Operations)
•Conducting weekly meetings with the team by presenting statistics related to the progress of the shift Management
•Conducting training sessions when required.
Daily communications with the overseas Shipping & freight forwarding agents to follow up & obtain the documents related to shipments
•Enter data in to the system to prepare the Bill Of Ladings, Shipping manifest to the Customs, Delivery Orders…etc
•Regular interactions with Customers to inform about their shipments, issue delivery orders, follow up on idle containers & un returned empty containers to the terminal
•Professional relationship with the Shipping Authorities such as local Customs, other Shipping companies to maintain a smooth operation.
•Maintain a team spirit with rest of the team members & other internal teams to ensure assigned tasks are successfully completed
