1-Performing all secretarial tasks including filing, documents preparation, flight booking & hotels reservation.
2-Attend Board meetings with the chairman.
3-Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
4-Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
5-Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the chairman.
6-Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
7-Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
8-Organizing events and conferences
9-Travelling with the chairman and sometimes alone.
10-Having authorization to manage company's accounts with international banks.
11-Having delegation to sign financial documents (Cheques-transfers) on behalf of the chairman.
12-Managing chairman’s personal accounts with international & local banks.
13-Managing chairman’s appointments and scheduling daily business activities.
14-Reviewing all company contracts & agreements with local & international agencies.
15-Following up legal issues with the legal department including court cases, renewing the company legal documents (Tax card- commercial registry, etc).
16-Coordinating new projects and following up the implementation of new systems.
17-Following up all the office operations with other managers.
