3. Paginating pages of the directory as per the company policy and reviewing dummy manuscripts before the deadline.
1. Taking inbound calls from United States of America and Canada and determining customer requirements,
needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
2. Accurately processing customer transactions such as orders, personal information, and feedbacks.
3. Increase sales by means of up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items to the clients.
