Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisal and regular consultation with line managers
Review and amend the policies and procedures of training
Prepare training plan and design development programs based on corporate strategy and individual needs and making sure that it is aligned with the budget
Develop effective induction and orientation programs for new employees
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
Ensure that training requirements are met to enhance technical knowledge, competencies and professional development
Monitor and assess training programs and prepare evaluation reports for the management
Prepare succession plan for key staff and key positions
Manage the Interviews, Recruitment and all hiring formalities
Manage the Performance appraisal cycle
Manage employees requests
Preparation of quarterly Executive Review reports, Staffing reports, analysis and any other required reports.
Conduct exit interviews and summarize critical matters derived from the exit interview.
Assist in the performance appraisal cycle as required and analyze the results.
Contribute in arranging and coordinating of the setup, orientation and the ongoing interaction with the Internship program for the university students; and acting as their liaison officer.
Assist in the recruitment process from initiation to completion including advertisement, screening interviewing, shortlisting and hiring all formalities.
Identify and recommend local recruitment agencies as well as social media network.
Participate in organizing and conduct the company orientation for new employees.
Assist in the administration of the technical training plan.
