Develop and implement HR functions for the company, built up policies and procedures from a few HR functions. Overall responsibilities:
• Implement company HR policies and procedures and Developing them.
• Completion and proper filing of all new and existing employees as per standard requirements.
• Liaising with and proper follow up with health insurance provider.
• Screening, recruiting and headhunting new candidates.
• Working hand in hand with the accounting department.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Implement company HR policies and procedures
- Develop the forms and procedures for HR related issues
- Maintain records related to HR
- Completion and proper filing of all new and existing employees as per standard requirements
- Liaising with and proper follow up with health insurance provider
- Active use of recruitment and selection tools
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior and mid level posts and supports all parties in concern with assessment.
- Initiate and recommend policies for all staff entitlements/benefits such as annual leave, health insurance, bonus, etc.
- Administrating the company wide annual employee appraisal system
- Develop staff training and development plans based on training needs analysis
conducting research, communication, report writing, revision of documents and presentation preparation.
Work included selling ZAIN products, participating and presenting workshops, events team leader and conducting interviews for new participants.
