Managing all Contractual and Commercial aspects of projects under bidding for the Gulf Area Group. Handling all the Negotiations and Coordination with external parties. Leading a team for the preparation of Risk Assessments, Coordination with internal departments and Commercial Figures (markups) calculations.

Studying and analyzing the Contracts; Defining and Qualifying the Contractual and Commercial Risks associated. Preparing Agreements ex. Joint Venture, Consortium, Service and Subcontract Agreements. Preparing the Cash Flow to Calculate the Financing required. Calculating all of the Insurance Cost, Bonds Issuance Cost, Taxes and Escalation. Coordinating with Treasury department the issuance of any required Bid Bonds.

Preparing the Pre-Qualification Documents, coordinating with internal divisions (Finance, Legal, Contracts, Cost Control, HSE, Etc.) and External Consultants and Partners to prepare and develop the Pre-qualification on time.
Presenting to the management all the major and critical issues within the bid to set its studying strategy. Preparing and Coordinating Matrix of Responsibilities among parties (internally & externally). Joining in the preparation of the Joint Venture /Consortium Agreements between Parties. Coordinating the issuance of the Bid Bonds. Reviewing the Final Submission of the bid (Technical and Commercial). Finalizing the invoicing among joined parties.
Sample of Projects I have worked on are KASC King Abdullah Sports City (USD 800 Million), King Abdel Aziz International Airport (USD 350 Million) in KSA, Al Reem Island Development (USD 600 Million) in UAE, Etihad Rail Way (USD 1.0 Billion) in UAE.
