Office Manager for the center of Dr. Hany Gamil ( General Manager ), traveled abroad with him conference as Assistant for Dr. Hany Gamil Coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, facilities and taking minutes and resolutions & recording all points of view .
Receiving and screening calls and communications with the CEO according to priority . Coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, facilities and taking minutes and resolutions . providing efficient dissemination of information to all departments, in accordance with the CEOs directions. Establishes and maintains the company filing systems . Handles all traveling arrangement internally and for certain external parties; from airline tickets, traveling expenses, hotel reservation & visa . Handling all correspondences for the CEO . Responsible for the CEOs register of decrees . Typing, compiling and presenting all periodical reports, statistics and presentations as needed. Manage and Supervise the Day to Day activities of Admin, Payroll personnel, and travel & Logistics teams . Checking people's hours. Calculating overtime & can relieve management of administrative detail, Coordinate work flow, Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager's signature, Arrange essential mail in priority action order, Check deadlines on incoming requests, Maintain calendar; ascertain which events require boss's presence, Fix commitments to maximize boss's time efficiency; Allow decision/desk time, Prepare agenda in advance, arrange meeting facilities and act as a recording secretary; prepare action minutes, Perform to earn boss's full confidence, Assure discreet handling of all business, Arrange travel through internal or outside agents or Arrange travel cash in advance through tourism companies.
