My duties are:
● Assist the sales team in making a wide range of travel arrangements.
● Coordinate with travel agencies to search and book flights, hotels, and other travel services.
● Confirm accuracy and timeliness of all travel arrangements.
● Respond promptly to any inquiries related to travel bookings.
● Maintain records of all bookings and related communication.
● Collaborate with the larger team to ensure seamless customer experience.
● Provide feedback on any issues that may arise during the booking process.
● Monitor flight updates and changes and escalate as needed.
● Track latest airfare promotions for marketing purposes.
Here's what I Do:
Designing Store Layouts: I design and plan store layouts to optimize product placement and enhance the shopping experience.
Creating Window Displays: Crafting attractive and innovative window displays to draw customers into the store.
Setting Up In-Store Displays: Arranging in-store displays in a visually appealing manner to highlight products and promotions.
Staying Trend-Aware: Keeping up with current trends in fashion, design, and retail to ensure the store's visual appeal remains contemporary and appealing.
• I am skilled at GDS Amadeus in booking and searching flights and other travel services.
• Also, I have handled both US and Canada accounts, working in a shifting work schedule.
• During my first 2 years, I worked in a BPO setting where I learned to handle a wide range of customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• I became skilled in managing inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining records of all bookings and related matters.
