- Implementation of International (JCI) Accreditations standards as far as physicians
recruitment, evaluation and reappointment
- Participation in the implementation of multiple projects, such as: Planetree Accreditation,
Operational plan and Individual Performance Plan project, Just Culture, Physicians
satisfaction studies.
- Active involvement in Patient Centered Care initiative and Planetree Certification, namely
as far as organization of physicians advisory council and patient centered care medical
projects
- Organization of scientific activities recognized nationally and internationally
- Supervision and participation in the design, creation and implementation of new services
such as: Diabetes center, Spine Center, vaccination center and others
