-Collected data on ground all over Lebanon in the Health Care Facilities Costing Study conducted by the Ministry of Public Health in collaboration with the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington and AUB
--Updated and improved survey implementation methods
--Mentored newly recruited field staff surveyors

- Evaluated the efficacy of "One Sweet Way" insurance policy and its impact on diabetics' disease management using SWOT analysis, patient satisfaction surveys, and interviews with stakeholders
- Developed a process map and identified deficiencies of the program using an Ishikawa (cause-effect) diagram
- Visited the flow of the patient support program "Starcare" and revised its key performance indicators for measuring effectiveness in the aim of applying a quality improvement plan
- Created the call structure guidelines for the patient support program and translated it into Arabic

-Assisted Dr. Kassem Kassak (Associate Professor of Public Health Practice-FHS) in the research report titled “The Impact of HIV/AIDS on People Living with HIV/AIDS and their Caregivers”
--Piloted, reviewed and improved a developed household survey for people living with HIV/AIDS
--Interviewed over 200 HIV/AIDS patients and their caregivers
--Mentored recruited volunteer surveyors
--Developed a market survey to inquire about health professionals' interests in an Executive MPH program (EMPH) at AUB

- Assisted Dr. Shady Saleh (Associate Professor and Chairman-FHS) at conducting and writing literature reviews on costs and quality of health care services

- Assisted Dr. Nuhad Yazbik-Dumit (Associate Professor-HSON) in the research project titled "Rapid Assessment towards establishing Linkages between HIV/ AIDS and Reproductive Health, UNFPA, Lebanon"
----Translated, reviewed, and contextualized the adopted UNFPA rapid assessment tool
---Interviewed managers, health care providers, and beneficiaries of the sexual reproductive health (SRH) and HIV/AIDS services and voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) centers all over Lebanon

- Assisted Dr. Rima Habib (Associate Professor-FHS) in data entry after surveying labors at their workplace to assess their occupational health and safety status

--Taught English Language for middle school students and English Literature, Grammar, and Biology for high school students
