- Controlling marine freight companies accounts ( MSC, Safmarine, Delmas, NileDutch.. ), Luanda terminal companies ( Sogester, 5m, Unicargo..) .
- Follow up & tracking of imports and exports (air, sea, express courier) from pick up to final destination including customs clearance;
- Implementation of tracking system, establishing report format and monitoring quality of information
- Improving companies' KPIs to meet contractual indicators and optimizing them
- Preparation of import quotes .
- Insure the Direct contact with forwarding agents ( Lebanon, Spain, Portugal, China, Egypt ).
- Direct contact with suppliers.
