Presently consultant to the government of Antigua and Barbuda to modernize and strengthen public procurement across its public service, on an initial five-month assignment from Commonwealth Secretariat, UK. Supported Mission in Kosovo by structuring and administering multi-million dollar contracts for fuel, lube oil, construction, and catering services. Maximized contract utilization; prepared SOW/SOR; and trained staff.
Led team to urge contractor to complete $.4M contract with minimal changes, despite request for increase to $1.2M.
