 Presently consultant to the government of Antigua and Barbuda to modernize and strengthen public procurement across its public service, on an initial five-month assignment from Commonwealth Secretariat, UK. The object of the assignment is to build strategies for the implementation of 2011 Act, which addresses most of the challenges in the existing public procurement system.
