 Obtain audit planned and applied internal procedure and control functions for Cash, Inventory and Other Assets
 Accumulate evidence, performed testing of transactions and balances, and evaluation for Cash, Inventory and Other Assets
 Issuance of Audit Report to Audit Manager for Top Management

• Entail service agreements, submit statement of accounts, and collect payment of accounts of the Clients on a timely basis
• Arrange administrative payroll documents, enter the appropriate entries, addition, deductions and incurred appraisals in a payroll system, generate payroll register and summary and send a list of copy for debit to the Bank for validation of payroll on a semi-monthly basis
• Responsible for solving their day-to-day queries, answering emails and telephone calls, and other client-related interactions
• Conduct orientations for cooperative, employees benefit and other mandatory requirements before employment of applicants
• Conduct cash flow analysis (collections, and disbursements) of the cooperative

• Arrange all the payroll documents, enter the appropriate entries, addition, deductions and incurred appraisals in a payroll system, generate payroll register and summary and send the final copy to the Compensation Executive on a semi-monthly basis
• Maintain a record on a timely basis of daily employee attendance and enter leaves, half day leaves, over time working and other entries
• Responsible for solving their day-to-day queries, answering emails and telephone calls, and other employee-related interactions
• Provide summaries on a monthly basis of SSS, EC contributions, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG contributions to Benefits Sections for remittance purposes
