Presently acting as Team leader for e-commerce project; Approve project deliverables, help resolve issues and policy decisions, approve scope changes, and provide direction and guidance to the project. As an Executive Assistant:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department and provides full department support to all the store units in Kuwait and Dubai. In addition, trained and assisted unit staff in the review, testing, migration and upgrade of the new inventory and purchasing software system


Provide high-level administrative support by conducting extensive research, preparing statistical reports, handling information request and administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Controls, updates and maintains the unit’s filing system, both in electronic and hard copy formats; Drafts routine correspondence to respond to enquiries in respect of relevant administrative matters


Responsible for recruiting and staffing logistics, employee orientation, development and training. Responsible for the compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping. Compile induction documentation for new arrivals, ensure file opening, create staff member profiles in database and prepare arrival notification to HR & Accounts Department.
