Plans, directs, controls and monitors and support program to ensure satisfactory completion of the program objectives.
Manages the program to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations including cost, quality per the help of my Provincial Manager;
Responsible for contract administrative functions including safety, security, and labor reporting.
Manages helping my PM for the monetary resources in such a manner to keep the contract within budget guidelines and meet all CADG budget objectives;
Ensuring safety standards and quality of workmanship;
Responsible for day to day estimation, forecasting and budgeting for new/potential projects.
Manage various construction projects with the basic objective of completing the projects to the client satisfaction;
Familiarity with variety of construction field concepts, practices and procedures;
Be able to help the project manager with all project related paper works;
Responsible to work together with the Project Manager for successful implementation of the projects.
Review, assess and determines any disqualification of any behavior that would reflect poorly on the company;
Oversees training program for effectiveness, contractor provided personnel are properly vetted, obtain security clearances for their positions, and that the leadership is executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively;
Ensures timely and accurate reporting,
Ensures all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing performance of assigned leadership, personal protection specialist, support personnel, Office personnel, and Guards assigned under this Contract and all Task Orders.;
Supervises, oversees, and directs the ongoing strategy to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of operations in accordance with the requirements specified in this Contract, Statement of Work (SOW), and all Task Orders under the CADG contract.;
Provides direction to the local program management office staff and to the staff working in the task order specific region. Such direction includes identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, practices, and policies throughout the organization to (1) respond to incidents, (2) reduce risks, and (3) be aware of and have access to information on any potential risks to the program and all involved parties (i.e. financial, physical security, reputation etc.).;
Performs other duties as assigned;
Responsible in Controlling the Cash Transactions Reconciliations;
Responsible for controlling the Fixed Assets;
Responsible for controlling the Cash Advances;
Responsible for checking the monthly stocks;
Responsible for monitoring and ensure daily reconciliations of Stock of Materials;
