1. SUPERVISES THE ACTIVITIES OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT:

• Ensures that during payday the Employee and Laborer can only receive the salary every month putting the record paid
• Ensures the correctness distribution of the Salary during the payday every month to the LN laborers
• Ensures that all Assets of the company properly recorded on the Asset record books/recorded in the system
• Reviews the daily cash collections and ensures the safe keeping of cash
• Ensure proper in place and checking all the materials, tools and equipments for all the projects
• Prepares financial and other statistical reports as required by management
