- Coordinate with construction team.
- Review and monitor site progress
- Perform site inspections with the consultant.
- Review the design drawings, structural drawings, and shop drawings.
- Quantity takeoff for any trade needed.
- Interim Payments to client and subcontractors.
- Arranging submittals.
- Ensure the subcontractors are using approved drawings.
- Review minutes and update progress to consultant and Owner's rep
- Ensure the site works are carried out as per specifications and approved shop drawings.
