Saved management time by improving reporting efficiency, guiding teams through the process and delegating responsibilities.
- Economic and social research: Designed, implemented and finalized economic sector and livelihood studies across Eastern Indonesia. Improved the efficiency of procuring research and survey firms for the program.
- Partner engagement/cross-program partnerships: Led the development of an Asia market development forum across regional programs, designed to focus on operational lessons-learned and challenges facing similar programs. Organized the network’s first series of workshops in Jakarta, coordinating with senior and mid-level participants from 6 regional programs to attend.
- Program management: Member of the core management team, influencing decision making and advising on program operations, portfolio and risks, and governance.
