 Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plans, weekly and monthly quality reports.
 Perform site inspections (civil and architectural works) and ensuring that works are done as per approved drawings.
 Perform internal audits to assess and verify the effectiveness of Integrated Management System within the project.
 Issuing of non-conformance or observation report in case of works found not following approved drawings and method statements.
 Review of method statements and test reports.
 Ensured all delivered materials are complying with project specification and approved by the client.
 Prepare snag list and monitor de-snagging progress.

 Report and coordinate with Project Manager and QA/QC Manager all the quality matters obtained during operation.
 Liaise with construction team, subcontractor & consultant to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet contract requirements for constructing of roads, soakaways, manholes, sewerage lines (normal trench & micro tunnel) & utilities.
 Monitor the implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and applicable Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
 Perform pre-inspection to ensure that activity is carried out in accordance with the approved method statements and drawings prior to the inspection by supervision consultant.
 Monitor site laboratory tests and implement standard testing procedure to ensure quality of tests being conducted.
 Review test results and prepare documents prior for submission to the client.

 Liaise with construction team, subcontractor, consultant and QC Inspector to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet contract requirements for constructing of Dry Docks, Piers & Quay Walls.
 Monitor the implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and applicable Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
 Analyze and perform quality tests on construction materials such as concrete, steel, rock, soil and aggregates in accordance with project specifications and other standards specified by the Consultant.
 Supervise site batch plant operation and concrete production.
 Prepare weekly and monthly reports on laboratory test and quality evaluation performance.
 Prepare technical material submittals for consultant’s approval.

 Monitor the implementation of the Laboratory Quality Management System in main and site laboratory operations.
 Supervision of daily laboratory testing operation.
 Prepare concrete cube statistical analysis.
 Involved in various geotechnical and civil construction material testing such as concrete cube compressive test, steel reinforcement tensile test, anchor bolt test, rock core test, concrete core test, sieve analysis, field density test, plate bearing test, pile integrity test, pile driving analysis & ground vibration monitoring test.
