I was partnering the business of the company i worked for, Knauf is a German company with hundreds of branches all around the world. I worked on the OD of the company and the assurance of the stability and satisfaction of the employees. worked on the payroll, the training and development of the employees, insurances and legalities of the work force.
• Arranging for conferences & meetings \[reserve the meeting room & monitor all the facilities, follow up with the schedule..etc\]
• Prepare the business travels of the office employees \[flight tickets, hotel reservation, transportation, visas, needed papers..\]
• Keep track on the overtime of the employees and their annual leaves.

• monitor closely the assets of the office
• Tracing the finances of the office from petty cash and invoices and expense claims.
• Provide detailed reports to the finance department in India concerning all finances of the office and the HR department in South Africa concerning all HR issues related to the office
• Supervise the campaigns implementation process that Mobinil runs with outsourced companies
• Coordinate the process of up-selling through VRS and SMS with marketing department and CRM
• Provide detailed reports of the campaign implementation
• Handling all the technical and/or operational problems and issues that may suddenly occur and affect the workaround
• I act as the interface between Mobinil and NTRA
• Retained customers, exceeded the target of retention for termination cases and achieved the target of retention for port out cases through negotiating the customers through tailored or preset offers.
• Solved the customers’ dispute cases through calculating their bills, contacting other departments, or escalating to my superiors
• Maintaining good level of awareness of the competitors’ offers and products
• Designing special offers for high value customers
• Answer inquiries and work closely with other functions and departments such as national sales and customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
