Reporting to the CEO, my role has continuously evolved within the Talent Search function.
• As an Associate Principal I currently am instrumental in acquisition, execution and completion of various search assignments ranging from mid-management to Senior / CSuite level.
• Working with clients who are global leaders within their domains, as a trusted advisor I am responsible for managing end to end relationships and requirements across diverse sectors - IT: Security, Technology & Transformation, Insurance, Real Estate, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Leisure & Tourism and Public Sector.
• With innovative and alternative ideas for reaching best fit candidates, I have been successful in delivering key results across various functional verticals such as: Marketing, Sales, Research, Finance, HR, Technical, and Procurement.
• Research and identification of candidates, through a thorough understanding of job briefs & descriptions based on clients requirements.
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of ideal candidates;
• Utilizing & strategically advertising new opportunities via a wide range of social media, networking sites & internet job boards to attract potential talent.
• Head hunting key candidates at various levels, and employing different methods to reach passive yet key professionals. Diversifying and devising new approaches to liaise with talent across the globe and maintaining a healthy referral pipeline.
• Carrying out detailed interviews with candidates for evaluation & shortlist; thereby compiling candidate profiles, reports and summaries.
• Guide candidates through client specific recruitment processes and successful placement
• Support with assistance during on-boarding & other joining formalities. From business perspective, manage invoicing to collection process.
Providing Recruitment support to over 3000 UK Tesco stores - thereby understanding the
need of the hour & sourcing appropriate profiles to fulfill various recruitment mandates.
• Preparing apt & detailed job descriptions while advertising & managing
vacancies onthe recruitment system
• Analyzing reports to ensure hiring requirements are delivered.
• Screening & selecting candidates through a structured recruitment process & scheduling
them for final interview.
• Update & manage candidates applying for vacancies through an activedatabase
