Confirm that the quality related activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
Participate in the internal and external audits
Control all nonconformance reports and carry out remedial action
Coordinate with the QC inspectors on all quality issues coordinate site weekly meetings
Assure all technical documents relative to quality control are in current status
Assist in pre-mobilization of contractors with proper personnel and equipment certification.
Development of turn over system tracking record (tostr) data base for tracking welding, painting, piping, installation information.
Assess course and effects of welding defects and take remedial actions
Coordination with the subcontractors and the third party NDT inspection company
Review of the radiographic film and all the NDT reports.
Ensure compliance to company’s quality plans.
Developing and managing projects quality schedule to ensure that Management targets are met.
