Sourcing and finding Corporate Sponsors as co-branding partners for our Pop-Up Arts
Exhibition/Events
* Commercial match-making of sponsors to ensure they have non-competitive activities with
a similar client demographic, eg (Aston Martin Monaco with Sotheby’s Realty)
* Costing the event and selling the benefits to the Sponsors
* Creating and managing the budgets for the events
* Sourcing locations/venues
* Designing the Invitations
* Compiling the guest lists and following up on invitation to ensure desired attendance
* Organising the logistics of presentation and display materials and art
* Managing the delivery of return of all the art, so that it is not damaged
* Organising the drinks, canapés, musicians, sound equipment
* Hosting the event, receiving the guests, introducing key people to each other, socialising and
circulating
* Public Speaking, I always write and deliver a speech thanking and introducing sponsors,
including mentioning their products and services, Galerie Oscar’s services etc.
* Selling of Artwork either directly at our events or through key partnerships such as interior
decorators, retail spaces or our collaboration with other galleries
* Writing all the marketing copy
* Manage and administrate the website and Facebook page
* Correspond and communicate mostly by email/phone with sponsors, buyers, artists, venue
owners/managers
