PROJECT: NEW Administrative Building
➢ Review and approve the material submittals.
➢ Coordinate with design consultants, engineers Project to set up design
deliverables requirements for submission.
➢ Review and approve the work program, weekly and monthly reports.
➢ Ensure that the used material at site is as per the project
specifications/approve material.
➢ Participate in technical design clarification and Project meetings. Issuing the
site instructions for all not accepted quality, works, etc.
➢ Advice the contractor to improve the work (quality, progress, .etc.) during all
the different construction stages.
⦁ Preparing the request for information.
⦁ Controlling the sub-contractors.
⦁ Prepare & open work for the sub-contractors.
⦁ Manage the site works.
⦁ Inspect the works & the productivity of the man power.
⦁ Review the drawings to find the miss coordination between (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.).
⦁ Managing parts of construction projects
⦁ Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, Estimate quantities and cost of materials, Equipment.
⦁ Taking care of QA/QC documents of the Project, develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment, inspection tests for all materials
⦁ Schedule the project in the logical steps and budget time required to meet the deadlines.
⦁ Determine the requirements of work and dispatch workers to
⦁ construction sites.
⦁ Examine and review projects to monitor compliance with building
⦁ and safety laws, and other regulations.
⦁ Explain and explain the plans and contract terms for administrative
⦁ staff, workers, clients, and represent the contractor or owner.
⦁ Coordinate with consultant’s engineers, customers, suppliers and
⦁ subcontractors.
⦁ Directly supervise the workers, customize and plan the business for
⦁ on-site implementation
⦁ Schedule the project in the logical steps and budget time required to meet the deadlines.
⦁ Determine the requirements of work and dispatch workers to construction sites.
⦁ Examine and review projects to monitor compliance with building and
⦁ safety laws, and other regulations.
⦁ Explain and explain the plans and contract terms for administrative staff, workers, clients, and represent the contractor or owner.
