High end state of design Nursery School & infrastructure works, to serve DAMAC Hills & community around. Designed in Rome Italy & supported by Dubai office for coordination and construction.
Role & responsibilities:
Design coordination & approvals from local authorities of initial & final design.
Input to FIDIC based contract & BOQ preparation, responding/Negotiating EOT, Variations.
