Responsible in keeping minutes of the meetings with clients
Prepares documents required by the General Manager and Managers of different Departments such as the following:
• Invoices
• Delivery Notes
• Contracts
• LPO’s
• Quotations
• Offer Letters
• Credit Application Forms
• Cheques
• Request forms
Responsible of filing important documents
Receives all documents, invoices, cheques and other important paper works
Arranges meetings as required by the General Manager
Represents the company in behalf of the General Manager

Responsible of filing important documents

Arranges meetings as required by the General Manager
Represents the company in behalf of the Executives and Board of Directors.
Performs secretarial duties
• Liases with different departments in the absence of the managers
• Organizes email correspondence,
• Updates calendars,
• Answers inquiries from other inquiries from other parties.
Arranges meetings as required by the direct managers.
Oversees day to day logistic operations and develops improvement procedures
Prepares documents required and requested by the managers and board of members
Receives all documents, invoices, cheques and other important paper works
Provides narrative administrative reports thru weekly, monthly and annually presentations.
Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as directed and required by the managers
Acts as the document controller for the company especially in creating virtual archiving
