▪ Receive the asset transfer documents and adjustment in the asset management system.
▪ Ensure that all fixed assets are properly coded and list of these assets are displayed in every office.
▪ Record disposal of all assets and adjust in the asset management system.
▪ Monitor assets movement company wide.
▪ Prepare monthly report of fixed assets position.
▪ Update asset management system with yearly depreciation charges.
▪ Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
A Bachelor of Science graduate, with a specialization in Psychology, from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, Philippines.
