Booking travel arrangement such as hotel and restaurant including all other international reservation.
Monitoring renewals of vehicle license, trade license, tenancy contracts, visa expiry and other related services.
Answering and screening calls, and dealing with all other phone queries.
Keeping up to date useful records of all including employees such as addresses, numbers and visa expiry, passports and all other related.
Responding to all emails, and faxes and operates all office equipment.
Ensuring that the company’s products are sold by advocating its good points and in addition;
Creating and maintaining a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals and represent the store in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business.
Providing customers with product knowledge in terms of features and warranty along with any special discount or deal that the product holds.
Performs all duties with minimal supervision; may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Dealing closely with customer refunds and customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.
Answering and forwarding phone calls and provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
Assisting customer properly and giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Provide outstanding sales and customer service — greeting customers, answering questions, recommending classes, troubleshooting, in person, or via phone or email and in addition;
Accurately checks in classes; workshops, packages and gift certificates; and books wellness center appointments.
Checking the student’s attendance during classes, updating students with their remaining class packages and making them feel welcomed at all time.
Actively works to sell memberships and to convert both new and regular students into members, discern leads and prospects and follow-up accordingly.
Maintaining well cleaned and organized studio through regular tasks and chores.
Build a strong relationship with the team and all communications are expected to be professional in tone.
Making sales, accepting payment following established procedures for different types of transactions; makes change; issues sales receipt; calculates discounts when appropriate, deposits cash and cheque collections.
Job Description:
• Assists customers in locating merchandise and answering a variety of questions concerning general merchandise; demonstrates use of merchandise upon request.
• Keeping stocks shelves, counters or tables with merchandise; keeping merchandise orderly and neat in appearance.
• Checking of inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Sets up promotional displays; makes signs or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
• Trains new sales staff in basic operations and procedures.
• Dealing with complaints and handling them.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
