Responsible for the enhancement of the company by putting each and every worker to the position in which he can perfectly do aiming to complete the concrete production at the right time as per the customers request without any delay and without degrading the concrete quality.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for ready-mix concrete quality control production activities as well as implementing all necessary laboratory tests required for ready-mix concrete production.
2. Responsible to plan the sequence of quality control production activities by coordinating the sales department, project consultants regarding the all the technical matters in concrete.
3. Responsible to monitor the proceedings of production in the batching plants to overcome production nonconformity.
4. Responsible to prepare all types of concrete design-mixes as per projects specification and requirements.
5. Responsible to monitor the proceedings of production by coordinating the sales department regarding the target production and the required raw materials to be use for the expected production.
6. Responsible to prepare all the necessary documents and reports to be submitted to the municipality for the yearly re-approval of our business license.
7. Responsible to establish the quality control forces so as to implement and execute the quality control procedures in the ready-mix concrete production.
8. Responsible to plan the sequence of quality concrete activities at the plant and at the site aiming to produce the top concrete quality.
9. Responsible to coordinate with government consultants, contractors, and our sales people regarding all the technical matters in concrete such as strength, workability, temperatures etc..
10. Responsible to prepare all necessary documents for the yearly renewal of our business license.
11. Responsible to conduct the all the necessary test for concrete and its raw materials.
12. Responsible to determine and inspect the reliability of concrete batching plants such as cement and aggregate gauges, and uniformity of output mixes so as to maintain the best concrete quality.
13. Responsible to plan the sequence of conducting all quality test necessary for concrete production.
