As an Administrative Receptionist, I handle incoming and outgoing calls, gives accurate service and product information to clients. Arrange and manage appointments in booking system. Handles daily POS sales, inventories, bank transactions and daily operations. I report directly to the Managing Director.Prepares staff documents, files and paper works.
Handles marketing campaigns and advertisements, printing materials. Communicates directly to suppliers.
Acts as assistant/secretary to the Managing Director.
Handles phone inquiries from consumers regarding the products of the company. Attend to consumer complaints, requests and queries.Inventory of stocks, clerical and administrative works.
BSPT is a five year course which includes 10 months rotation to different clinics and hospitals. Handled different clinical cases.
