- I’m working as a Field Service Engineer in the Western Region leading the responsibility of the Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Medtronic - MITG Electro-Surgical units such as Force FX, Force EZ, Force Triad, Ligasure, Force Argon, RapidVac, LS10, FX-8 & FT10 used in the open & laparoscopic surgeries as well as Elevision Laparoscopic Towers, Truclear Hysteroscopic Tissue Removal System & RFG2/RFG3 Closure Fast RF generators.
- I’m responsible for an installed base of more than 300 units in more than 8 cities in the Saudi Western region.
- I’m responsible for the spare parts stock & spare parts stock balance to decrease the machines down time & increase the quality of service.
- I provide the sales team with all the support they may need in marketing & promotion.

- I was working as a Senior Biomedical Engineer in the Western Region leading the responsibility of the Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Medtronic - Covidien’s Electro-Surgical units such as Force FX, Force EZ, Force Triad, Ligasure, Force Argon, RapidVac, LS10 & FT10 used in the open & laparoscopic surgeries.
- I’m responsible for an installed base of more than 235 Electro-Surgical units in more than 8 cities in the Saudi Western region.
- I’m responsible for the spare parts stock & spare parts stock balance to decrease the machines down time & increase the quality of service.
- I’ve succeeded to win 3 service contracts exclusive in the western region.
- I provide the sales team with all the support they may need in marketing & promotion.
- I'm familiar with Logistics, Inventory & Sales Analysis as well.
- I’m assigned as the responsible engineer for installing; maintaining & troubleshooting Bard’s Arctic Sun 5000 Temperature Management System in the Western region.
- I’m assigned as the responsible engineer for installing; maintaining & troubleshooting BIOLASE’S WaterLase iPlus/MD, WaterLase Express, iLase, Epic 10 & Epic X dental systems in the Western region.

- I was working as a Service Engineer assuring high quality, performance & responsible for the Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging systems, the CT systems & familiar with the X-Ray systems as well.
- I’m familiar with the KONICA Laser Printers used in the medical field.
- I’m also familiar with the KODAK wet Laser Printers used in the medical field.
- I’ve installed 5 Neusoft Open MRI systems in Egypt.
- I’ve participated in the installation of more than 10 TOSHIBA CT systems in Egypt.
