Responsible for all preparation for all equipment, tools, manpower planning and delegation to all project
managers.
* Responsible for all project managers’ assignment, planning and execution-target accomplishment
* Coordinates daily manpower for all project execution.
* Timely delivery daily assessment for all project on site(Stage of program)
* Communicate with supplier and vendor for the timely delivery of supplies, equipment and manpower.
* Provide safety guidelines in adherence to local municipality and company safety policy on daily basis.
* Responsible for all PTW, documents, checklist and schedules of all heavy equipment needed.
* Focal point in developing QA/QC procedures and continuous improvement for all project delivery.
Maintenance & Preparation- all tool for all Field Engineer/Specialist working offshore/Onshore.
* Ensures QHSE policies and procedures are always followed.
* Maps and streamlines all the logistics processes.
* Prepare reports, correspondence and pertinent documents needed in the operation.
* Utilizes daily forecast and activity plan to help schedule transportation requirements to meet project demands
and provide needed material/equipment/personnel on time.
* Establishes processes to efficiently receive, handle, and respond to; track-follows up, and close-out materials
requests.
* Helps identify and ensure proper dispatching of equipment and tools.
* Develops & participates in the development of documents and procedures specific project related for
Logistics, Emergency Response, Evacuations, Procurement, etc.
* Monitor all materials, equipments, tools and machinery in preparation for all ongoing and incoming projects.
* Create systems that provide/reconcile to all fixed assets.
* Provide and create all shipment-Dangerous Goods Regulation without hazard issues to all clients. (Local &
International) preparation of all DG Documents-IATA
* Act as the main contact to all client & suppliers as per workshop and logistics activity.
* Provide sufficient task to all workshop staff and engineers.
* Responsible for all Mobilization (Regional & International) Transit including preparation of all documents
both third party and customs per se.
* Responsible in tracking all the shipment both client and company property.
* Design & Plan a cost effective logistics transaction.
* Ensure all shipment is properly stack and loaded in accordance to its property and status.
* Responsible for all inventory and maintenance history of all asset of the department using RITE System.
THE LOOK COMPANY
Provide sufficient programs: staging for all logistics manager
* Responsible in planning, scheduling deploying 350 workers in the working venues.
* Source and procure and negotiate/transact with suppliers in a cost and effective scheme.
* Responsible of all heavy duty equipment/machine (crane, trailers, truck etc.) and its maintenance in
an efficient and on time target schedule-local transport.
* Negotiate value-lease of all the equipment to the leasing company.
* Organize core staff in the warehouse: training, safety program, basic working process.
* Support production needs and its maintenance and basic raw materials.
* Analyze and develop areas need program of development.
* Prepare all reports to the management: shipment local & imported and the overall status and
tracking to all brokers.
* Investigate areas that need analytical & immediate solution-emergency response team
* Responsible in evaluating workers performance, training chosen worker heavy duty equipment.
Mechanics and safety procedure.
* Supervise steel fabrication as per request by the engineering department.
* Maintain and provide a reliable and efficient warehouse: accuracy, safe working milieu, team work
and an atmosphere of pro-active to company’s goal and vision.
* Provide detailed analysis of on-hand inventory. Maintain stock levels and provide essential support
to the operational requirements of the Company in a cost-effective manner
* Monitors the receipt, identification, storage, movement, maintenance, consumptions, utilization and
dispositions of all goods.
* Arrange for receiving inspections, identifies and documents discrepancies
* Ensures proper identification of received goods and their storage location. Maintains auditable
records of receiving and issuance data, non-conformances, maintenance, and warranty necessary for
documenting the material control and warehousing processes.
* Ensure systems and programs are sufficient to meet company’s inventory needs.
* Monitors issuance of equipment and goods to the field. Prepares material quantity data reports
* Responsible for inventory planning, placement, replenishment, and systemization through the
analysis Key Result Areas: Produces significant reductions in inventory while improving overall
inventory performance.
* Provides departmental interface and reporting at all levels
* Constantly reviews and analysis materials inventory policies and makes recommendations for
changes
* Investigates discrepancies, prepares reports with recommendations for corrective action where
necessary.
* Conducts perpetual reviews of inventory stock, on a system wide basis, to ensure the elimination of
duplicates.
