Prepare purchase order from system
•Get acknowledgement on the purchase order from the supplier
•Checking LC draft.
•Checking the shipping documents.
•Follow up for the original shipping documents.
•Communication with sales person and overseas counterpart.
•Co-ordination with CHA, Shipping line and warehouse person.
•Dispatching the material from warehouse by raising delivery note and local sales invoice.
•Handling samples dispatches, i.e. taking quotes from various logistic companies and informing to sales person after getting approval from sales HOD, dispatching the same as per sales person request.
•Regular inventory analysis of warehouse stock.
Execution of AWB both local & international shipments for the clients.
•Pointing out any weight discrepancies if any to supervisor and marking the mail to concern Sales/Customer Care Agent for further action.
•Managing inbound and outbound activities for International shipments.
•Ensure proper air courier manifesting, pouching, routing and tagging of consolidated shipments.
•Ensure all transportation of shipments to and from the airport are made with full consideration of security implications.
•Send pre alerts/ pre advice/arrival notice to the consignee/Destination Hub.
•In charge for documentation and making computerized entries for the related shipments.
•Proper maintenance of contacts, Customs Code, HS CODE and other data of customers.
•Checking the shipment for any non-declared or DG goods.
•Updating Delivery and Pick-up Sheets with proper remarks.
•Updating the clients regarding the status of consignments from time to time.
•Coordinating with courier’s to ensure timely delivery of the consignment to the clients.
•Coordinating with all branch offices located in different branches.
•Processing International shipments through major third party vendors like DHL EasyShip System, Aramex Click to ship, SMSA and TNT.
•Coordinates with the internal department for the completion of the processed shipments.
•Assist in the daily operation of the department.
•Coordinate with clients for necessary documents for Customs clearance.
•Solving the Problems related to shipments.
•Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity.
•Ensure that all shipments are accurately and timely processed into the system.
•Follow up on customer interactions
Perform general data entry using Bank Systems and Microsoft Excel
•Input data into a variety of computer programs with pace and correctness
•Coordinates with the accounting department for the completion of the processed bank transactions.
•Accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering of data in the computer system.
•Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity.
•Ensure that all bank transactions are accurately and timely processed into the online system.

•Daily enter key data of encoded bank transactions in database.
Read blue prints & specifications.
•Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
•Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
•Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
•Measures products with rulers, calipers, gauges or micrometers.
•Accept or reject finished items.
•Remove all products and materials the fail to meet specifications.
•Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
