Work like a consultant for Ministry of Health, in a preproject screening for Hospital Master plan, where the main idea is to put all medical systems under ministry.
Working with OB Gospic, in implementing DMS systems for medical purpose, and prepare documentation for implementing RIS/PACS system. Also we are working on the implementing a DMS system and Asset management.
Working with medavis gmbh in implementation of their RIS system in region, like a PM for them.
Working with KBC Zagreb ini implementation ITIL processes v.3.
Working with WHO organisation on a project, of putting online eLibrary for students and doctors.
Classes from first to fourth grade, computer science, programming, technical documentation.
A subcontractor on various IT, DMS and safety projects at home and abroad.
Working like a PM in implementation of Diethetic software in these Hospitals in Croatia: KBC Zagreb, KB Dubrava, OB Cakovec, KBC Rijeka, OB Nova Gradiska.
Employed in the health sector, workplace consultants/PM and head of the hospital working on technologies developed by the company.
In there I was running a lot of projects in implementation HIS (hospital information system). The biggest installation is in KBC Zagreb with a app 7500 employee, in 2 years, the system work today. Other projects are in the smaller hospitals, like, KB Dubrava, OB Cakovec, OB Zabok, KBC Rijeka, Child Hospital Zagreb, OB Nova Gradiska, private Clinique Medikol and Katarina, and some others where I’m involved like a consultant. All that systems are working today, and is finished in agreed period. Also I run a projects for NOC organisation, networking in whole Hospital, IP telephony, implementing Asset and DMS systems.
On the jobs of senior information officer, which carries out activities related to the organization of the telemedicine system, and contacts with the outside companies, preparation of tenders, project management, implementation Asset Management and DMS systems, and the preparation of documents.
The main part of my job is starting a project of Telemedicine in healthcare from scratch. In other words, my job like a project manager is to collect all the info from other country who have developed that kind of system. So my part is after collecting all the info making a strategic plan, assembling team, finding subcontrators and start a project. In projects are involved IT, medical doctors, economists and other participant who is essential for deliver our idea to the end. In higest peack there are around 50 people and 6 company included, and we are working in all parts in our country. Now the system is alive, and served every day around 4000 patient.
Head of Information Technology with the competence of maintenance, planning, building LAN and WAN networks, systems maintenance and installation of new services and system solutions, and competencies of maintenance and procurement of hardware (PCs, network equipment, servers). Planning and conduct of procurement procedures, monitoring and executing projects and managing teams of people.
In Hospital I was involved in many projects, but the biggest few is implementation of the RIS/PACS system, LIS system, ERP system, CCTV video surveillance system. All that projects I start from idea to the final, and that system works without any problems. That is my main job there like CIO, also I’m working like a part of project team in the project of building new hospital buildings, and all part like a PM making tenders, work with contrators and subcontrators, and like a PM from a hospital, put my signature on the all documents and contracts.
First I start like a Fireman, but after I was a leader of my department.
My dissertation is about GPS navigation, and cost/benefit analisys.
Working with electro motors in our cars, running on battery.
