• Checking out the accounting submitted by Subcontractors for "unit prices Subcontracts", quantities (to be calculated in accordance with the drawings issued for construction and the Methods of Measurement defined in the Subcontract), verifying correct application of unit prices (to be in accordance with the contract price list, charges and liabilities) verifying correctness of all calculations and comparing with current engineering quantity database.
• Interim or monthly Progress Payment Certificate(s) (PPC) of each Subcontract review, considering the work progress approved by planning department discipline wise, comment/approval, before formal issue of approved PPC(s) to Subcontractors for invoicing.
• Expediting and ensuring timely receipt of all accounting back-up documents from remote area to Head office and other deliverables, insurances, bank guarantee certificates from Subcontractors and maintain proper updating of all Subcontracts documents in accordance with the relevant procedure.
• Change management, issue, justification of change, evaluation and approval of Subcontractors Extra work Request, verification of quotations, Unit prices, Lump Sum or Hourly rates basis, considering burdens for Man-hours, Materials & Equipment involved.
• Maintain updated the Subcontractor Discipline statistics, percentages of extra works sub-divided by disciplines and categories i.e.: Field Changes, Reworks, and Claims, updated Extra work Log and quantum of work to be carried out.
• Administration the procedures for new proposed rates approval, and updating new price register.

CPF (Central Processing Facility), FF&I (Field Facilities & Infrastructures) & D&G (Distribution & Gathering System) - Phase I -A Project in heavy oil consisting in construction of a new 6, 675 m3/d (42 kbopd) Processing Facility per each Phase I and II to handle the fluids coming from the field (13 well pads -48 wells will be closely spaced on each well pad). An inter field pipeline system will transport steam to the wells and produce bitumen, water and natural gas that will be sent to CPF. The Central Processing Facilities (CPF) will separate bitumen from water and natural gas, which can then be re-used to produce steam. Diluted bitumen is expected to be exported to existing North American refineries. Cogeneration units (3 units) produce an annual average of up to 630 megawatts (MW) of electricity, of which about 500 MW is expected to be distributed to the northwest Alberta power grid.

•Reporting directly to the Project Services Manager interfacing with the Cost Control & Planning sections as part of Project Services Department being responsible in the progress measurement process, direct budget cost administration against Contract agreed BoQ rates and norms (Rhicoms system) and variation works for the various disciplines and activities (Earthwork, Piling, Civil works, Piping, Mechanical, Steelwork and Structural, Protective Coating and Insulation, PFP, Electrical, Instrumentation and Fire & Gas).
