Responsibilities:
•Designed & developed the ASP.NET, MVC, SSRS, Telerik, and handled WCF service for data handling
•Created MIS reports, finance calculation and pushed the same into the central system

PROJECTS HANDLED
Barq is an end-to-end insurance product that enables seamless processing and delivery of Life Insurance products. It starts from Issuing a Policy, Policy Endorsement, Policy Cancellation, Policy Renewal, Claims and MIS Reports. It proactively analyzes risks and refines business processes to facilitate better customer service. This application covers all insurance operations from underwriting to claims processing and financial accounting.

Role: Design and Developer for 40 tasks and SalesForce API implementation
Description: This project is for creating dynamic charts and data display. The data is summarized and displayed based on the user dynamic query. The major part of this project is displaying different charts irrespective of the data. The project has the option to export various summarized data from the chart. The charts are displaying the drill down data with Rich User Interfaces. The Data has various display levels like Country, Outlet, Region and Department and it renders in level custom color pie, line, gauges, etc.
Responsibilities:
•Designed and developed the Silverlight application along with handling the WCF service for data handling
•Created dynamic chart & page controller for dynamic chart creation and dynamic data exporter for data exporting
Title: AxPhone - Call Center Phone Application

Description: This project is for handling phone calls using Avaya phone client and the customer information in the Oracle regarding respect to the phone caller. This project has a Complaint Management System to manage all customer-related complaints and auto escalation of the complaint if the agent is not responding within the timeframe. This contains the dynamic survey for taking the survey from the customer. The system should bring the customer information, customer call history, complaint history, service history and sales history as soon as customer call hits the phone client.
Responsibilities:
•Involved in application architecture, design & development of the Desktop application, creating event-driven data handling for customer calls & information flow and sending Telesales SMS
•Optimized data handling mechanism for fast response from Oracle database before attending customers’ calls
Title: POS - Retail Application
Environment: C#.NET, MySQL, VS 2008, Web Services
Role: Developer for Promotion, Cash Memo and Sales Return Screens
Description: This project is for handling daily customer purchase billing for the retail stores. The major part is handling Promotions of products and Gift Voucher. The products may have different pricing and additional promotional items. So the product handling has to be organized in a way to adopt dynamic pricing while billing. The dynamic Gift Voucher algorithm is generated to verify offline vouchers. The stock searching mechanism is one of the key parts of data handling and optimization. Used dynamic sequence number generation for preventing sequence number collision of various distributed client through MySQL databases.
Responsibilities:
•Involved in design & development of the desktop application and sending GV numbers to customers via SMS
•Optimized data handling by searching products, brand, model and price; changed existing data structure so that the time taken for the data is reduced from 50 sec to 2 sec

Title: Intelli Active - Data Synchronizer

Role: Design and Developer for the entire application
Description: This project is for synchronization between the retail store local MySQL database (400 distributed locations around Gulf countries) and central Oracle database. The software reads different synchronization schedules from the central server through web service and synchronizes the data to Oracle through web service. The WCF service is used for uploading and downloading the data. The software maintains different versions of the database objects and keeps the objects up-to-date using patching mechanism.
Responsibilities:
•Involved in design & development of the desktop application and handling WCF service for local as well as central data synchronization
This project mainly focused on retrieving student information from the college database using simple SMS. The students can send SMS to the college server and can retrieve their marks & attendance details via SMS. The GSM device is used to receive and send the SMS query. The Oracle server was used to retrieve student information and the SQL server was used to store & retrieve the query from the user and maintain the SMS Answering system related data. This project was going to be implemented in the near future in St. Joseph’s College, Trichy.
