Job Profile
• Vessel forecasting in line with load out schedule and offshore requirement.
• Vessel sourcing, suitability survey, preliminary inspections and charter party negotiation.
• Vet of all senior crew assigned to chartered in vessels to ensure competence.
• Plan and forecast the marine spread consumables (MGO / FW requirements and consumption).
• Oversee crew changes and all visa and administrative issues.
• Prepare documentation for all vessel movements, port clearances, Bill of Laden, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and Shipping Manifest.
• Plan logistics & implement scheduled deliveries to ensure uninterrupted offshore operations.
• Manage import/export logistics and custom documents.
• Inspect all third party chartered vessels and assess suitability of crew and vessel Masters
• Design and implement reporting and HSE procedures for all support vessels.
• Ensure all vessels comply with SOLAS and IMO regulation.
• Develop and implement emergency evacuation procedures of all construction and support vessel.

Highlights: Restructured operations and redesigned processes for successful implementation of the project.
• M/T Front Scilla Ballast Tank Project
Highlights: Played a pivotal role in bringing the project on track with client’s expectations. Project completed 2 weeks ahead of scheduled date of completion.
• NITC Vessels Nabi and Noah Hull / Deck Projects
Highlights: Tough location project with both vessels being utilized as storage tankers 5nm off Asalouyh in Iran. The logistical support for these two projects was from Dubai, UAE. Due to long turnaround of support vessels the biggest challenge was to maintain continuity of supply to prevent down time. Achieved supply continuity by meticulous planning and placing procedures pre-empt any forcible deviation.
