Well Test, Field/Maintenance Specialist/ Field Operator at SCHLUMBERGER NIGERIA LIMITED

Currently working as Field Operator / Maintenance specialist at Usan Well Test/FPSO project, Westcapella.
● Co-ordinator in Preventive /Corrective maintenance with Clients.
● Carry out maintenance According to the Company Maintenance System Guidelines
● Carry out all normal tasks during Well Testing operations under the supervision of the Well Test Chief Operator or/and the Well Test Supervisor in a safe and professional manner.
● Gather and record all Well Testing data readings and collect effluent samples (PVT or Dead) as per the Client request under the supervision of the Well Test Chief Operator or/and the Well Test Supervisor in a safe and professional manner.
● Rig up/down all Well Test equipment as per the layout plan under the supervision of the Well Test Chief Operator or/and Well Test Supervisor in a safe and professional manner.
● Report all hazardous, unsafe acts/conditions and any anomalies during Well Test operations/activities related to the appropriate persons.
● Ensure all the equipment and installations are kept in a safe and excellent operating condition.
● Perform daily Inspection and Maintenance on mechanical Equipment.
● Monitor and Evaluate Equipment performance to ensure maximum efficiency and Reliability.
● Ensure that adequate technical inventory is maintained in order to fulfill maintenance and repair requirement.
● Inspect, troubleshoot and repair faulty mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic Equipment and Tools.
● Ability to read and interpret Schematic diagrams as well as technical manuals.
● Ensure that report for repairs, Maintenance and service of Equipment are accurate and updated using SAP.
● Actively participate in safety, Departmental, Pre Tour and Client meeting etc.
● Actively participate in the safety management system.
● Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained in assigned areas.
● Effectively use all safety and environmental tools employed by SEADRILL while engaging in daily activities. (4-Point Check, OBS Cards, PTW systems etc)

Other Functions:
● Establish maintenance plans and workflow, serving as repair coordinator for turnarounds.
● Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and develop root cause failure testing, utilizing Failure Modes & Effects Analysis.
● Conduct post-maintenance monitoring to ensure repairs and changes to systems are effective.
● Supporting the field operations in ensuring that activities are done in a safe manner with due regard for asset integrity, environmental, occupational health, relevant policies, standards, statutory requirements and our client’s values.
● Successfully complete required safety training (including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, Fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, mechanical lifting, injury prevention, risk reporting, IT security, hazardous materials, driving, and permit to work system.
● Maintenance of well testing and Reservoir equipments, pumps, Valves choke and bypass manifold, surge tank, sand-trap equipment, Oil and Gas Manifolds, separator etc.
● Demonstrated strengths in systematizing maintenance function with, implementation of predictive, planned, and preventive maintenance practices to maximize functional availability of equipments.
● Expertise in Corrective and Preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting of Well Testing Equipments.
● Annual reliability and integrity test on pipes used in process flow of well effluent.
 Operation of well test equipment ( Well test Separator, Flowhead/Xmas tree, Choke manifold, Surge and Atmospheric tank, Oil diverter manifold, Electrical and Steam Exchanger etc.).Wilden pump,
 Taking and reading BSW for oil quantification.
 Operation of Sand trap for Sand cleanout job.
 Production testing on FPSO and production platforms
 Expert in both Deepwater, Shallow water and land job operation.
 Equipment maintenance and preparation for operation.
 Equipment certification and record update.
