• Provide customers with knowledge in terms of features and warranty along with any special discount or deal that the product holds.

• Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Trouble shooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set-up a system.
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
• Serve as the front lines of the company.
• Operates all the machines in the kitchen.
• Work on a shifting schedule including night shifts. Take the full responsibility of the store during night shift schedule.
