MAN Enterprise as a General Contracting firm, Nader’s responsibilities include the following activities:
Establishing new MAN Enterprise Operations in developing countries and emerging markets in Africa.
Securing new Business and seeking diversified development projects.
Contract negotiations with various developers and other General/Sub-Contractors.
Developing Cash Flows and project budget.
Fulfilling the resources for the projects under construction, including complete staff teams, equipment, logistics etc…
Dealing with financial institutions to secure construction loans, to establish Bank Accounts and obtain financial services, and with Insurance companies as well.

This involved major coordination during Design and Construction changes, specifically for major Infrastructure Systems and Roadway Networks.

Nader was the Owner Representative - Project Manager - Board of Directors member at KHI Ghana, in charge of the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel Mix Use Project Development, in Accra, Ghana.
He was involved with this Project from the start. Coordinated with various Government Agencies. Selected Consultants and Contractors to complete the Design and Execution process. He was able to secure loans from two financial institutions, the Building Permits and all related EPA and Fire Permits to commence construction. He was involved during the Design and bidding stages up to finalizing the Negotiations and Contract signing, following an extensive Pre-qualification exercise of various firms.
He was in charge, as Owner Representative, of overseeing the execution of the Project Development from the beginning up to the handing over to Operator.
Also he negotiated and executed contract agreements with retail and office tenants.

. He was in charge of the Value Engineering studies with KINGDOM Beirut, on the Five Star Four Seasons Hotel and cost estimation for the Moevenpick Hotel in Beirut.

Also he was in charge of supervising the construction of a hospital and several civil and infrastructure Projects.

•Preparing the Company’s Budget Forecast and Cash Flow
•Providing specific Marketing and Business Development Plans
•Preparing Financial Feasibility and Value Engineering Studies for all projects
•Coordinating with Clients, Government Officials, and the Contractors representatives as deemed necessary to ensure proper completion of projects.
•Providing overall management coordination of CG site supervision team.
•Reviewing work schedules and progress reports to ensure work is being completed without delays and obstacles that may affect the overall completion of project.
•Coordinating resolution of technical difficulties with head office engineers or designers as appropriate.
•Reviewing Contractors quality control and safety programs and overview their implementation.
•Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports to be submitted in a timely manner.

Located in the Heart of Accra, the Project was developed on a 16.5 Acre (approx. 65, 900 M2) Parcel of Land.
•The Hotel total Built Up Area is approx. 25, 075 M2 consisting of 260 guestrooms, public functions, executive rooms, suites and lounge, presidential suite with related services. All Day Restaurant, Bar, Gymnasium, 500 seat ballroom, several meeting rooms, etc…The retails and offices wing composed of 10 floors with a total built up area of approx. 9, 735 M2.
•The External Works consist of large Landscaped areas, Pool facilities, Water Tanks, BBQ area and 2 Guard Houses.
In addition to the above project, he was involved with KHI on Hotel Projects since 1987 as a Consultant, preparing feasibility studies and Cost Estimates for Five Star Luxurious Project Developments and Hotels in Lebanon.
